Specification
Every line below is agreed in writing before the first container, and confirmed against the producing plant for each contract. Ask and we will send the full sheet the same day.

We agree a number we can hold every week of the season, rather than publish a best case and explain it later. That is why the sheet is issued per contract.
Traceable to the grove. Every carton carries a lot number and a grower code. Given either one, we can tell you which grove the fruit came from, when it was harvested and what the residue analysis said.
